INTENTIONAL TRANSFORMATION FOR WOMEN
Intentional Transformation for Women. This 6 month program was built to honor Marianne Williamson’s quote “Your playing Small does not serve the World”. I have seen too many dynamic, high-potential, brilliant women settle for playing small in their own lives. This group is the antidote to playing small and you will share your growth over 6 months with other amazing women who will cheer you on and challenge you to overcome fears and limiting beliefs.
Topics Include: Change & Transition, Personal Power, Leadership & Purpose, Boundaries & Self-Care, Sustainable Transformation and The Power of Play.
Tuition includes: A group session, once a month, for 3 hours with inter-active discussion and participation around the curriculum as well as 6 private coaching sessions with me or my IT4W co-creator and coaching partner, Guen Morr, PCC, so that we can discuss your personal priorities, stumbling blocks and goals.

The women who have participated in this program have been amazed at how much they got out of it – often in ways they never anticipated. They truly leave the program transformed leaving their old limitations and small mindsets behind!

There is no required minimum commitment to start coaching. I ask that people considering embarking on a coaching relationship set their minds to at least 3 months to really get some traction and momentum going on new behaviors and action steps. Most of my clients work with me for about 9 months and some are a year or more. The length of the coaching relationship is entirely up to you.
